We use
to process all Credit Card
Orders.
Until we have a shopping cart ready, we will utilize the following process:
Please call, fax, or send us
an email with your needs and we will contact you with
the total amount to be billed, including shipping. Please also include your shipping address, phone number and email
address. Do not send your credit card
information as we cannot use it.
You will then receive a
“Payment Request” email from Google Checkout requesting you to authorize that
amount through Google Checkout. If you agree, then click on the “Pay now”
link in that email; your order will be processed through Google Checkout, and
you will receive a confirmation email.
Again, we will not have access to your credit card information, this is
all done through the secure site at Google
Checkout. If you want to change the
order, please ignore this Payment Request email, and contact us to change your
order. In this case, we will send
another “Payment Request” email. We
will be notified by Google that you have authorized the payment request, and
then we will prepare and ship the order.
Once we ship the items, you will receive a shipment confirmation email
and your card will then be charged the authorized amount. This email should also include a UPS
tracking number. If it doesn’t and you
did not get the package within a few days, please contact us and we will track
it for you.
In most cases we will ship
an order within a day. If we do not
have an item, we will notify you that the item is out of stock and when we will
make it, and you may either cancel the order or wait until we make the
item. We will not send you a Google
Checkout “Payment Request” email if we know we do not have the item.
